Of course we have phone lines , of course we have fax , and mobile phones , and of course we are real people , in real buildings , but we do not give these details out on our web site , and generally unless it is a product you are selling over the phone , we recommend our clients not to also.
The reason for this is basically your web site is , and should be , seen by millions of people all around the world , but unfortunately some people use the information given out on web sites to try to , spam , sell products or services you do not want , or just generally annoy you. We used to get constant phone calls from people and companies trying to sell the same product or service that we actually provide to us ! The difference of course is that we do not use these sort of tactics ourselves , our philosophy is that of recommendation , repeat business , and giving people a quality , friendly service , and we have been doing this for quite a few years now , whilst others come and go , so it must work !
